Compline (night prayer) - Friday, 5 June 2020

Another week closes and the weekend is before us. Covid-19 claims more lives, people are throwing off caution and around the world there is controversy and calamity. So we gather the day up, reflect, pray for the world and for people we know (and don't) and then lay it at the foot of Jesus, the christ, and head for our beds. Job done for another day (liturgy -the work of the people).
