Made me smile : The US and . . .

Iraq

Or Gaza

Or . . .

Whichever way - it made me smile

One of those 'make you smile' cartoons

Now I know this is an old cartoon but every time I see it I find myself smiling and it's the middle of the week and I thought some of you could do with a smile:

Made me smile: churches and parking spaces

I had to say that this cartoon brought a smile to my face amidst the final tinkerings to tenebrae, town centre witness and watch services - hope you find it as funny:

God, if you're there . . . Send me a sign

Received this from a friend and it made me stop and think for a minute and then realise that so often I ask a question of God and then fail, for many reasons (including being stupid) to realise I've had a response!

Perhaps vision is more than just seeing what we wish to see?

Thought for the day

A great Qatada comment from the telegraph's Matt

Rather funny and extremely apt for so many of us on the path!
