Compline (night prayer) - Sunday, 9 August 2020

On a warm night when sleep gets that little more difficult, we come before the Lord and lay down the burden of the day; those things which cause to sleepless nights at the best of times. We reflect, repent, rejoice and intercede for the encounters of the day, its news and the people we have encountered or heard of. Lord, in Your mercy - hear our prayer and let our cry be heard in your ears.
