Paying the Share (2) - Extras

Having created the menu for part one of this, I was encourage by various of my colleagues to continue with some 'extras' for the menu. The suggestions probably owe less to the churchmanship of some (and the aftershave of one training incumbent apparently) and the than might have been hoped. Still, here's the offering of others in menu form.
