This is a wonderful quote from someone who enjoyed a 'Paddy Party' to the very fullest possible.

Sadly though, despite the headache and red-rimmed eyes, they say they'd do it all again (whatever it was as they can't quite remember) :-)

Here's an interesting thought indeed.

We  celebrate St Valentine -  a man who met a violent end because of his faith - with chocolates, overpriced flowers, meals we don't need (but pay through the nose for) and the like.

We Celebrate St Patrick - a man who brought a message of God's love and right living -  by excess and, all too often, a punch up!
