It's amazing how many people, some of whom have been members for years, ask me why we're anti communion :-)
Ante-communion, in a nutshell, is basically the Eucharist without the Eucharist - it's matins with a difference (or communion with a bigger difference in that there's no communion).
Now, there it is in black and white - read it and stop asking me the same question every year :-)
