ps. A while back I spent some fifteen minutes sitting in the car park of our local Mc Donald's waiting for our 'drive through' meal to be created.
When I pointed out to the manager that it had taken just over the fifteen minutes for our 'drive through' order to be completed, his response was: "You have to remember that Mc Donald's isn't 'fast food'!"
Yeah, too right :-)
