The thoughts, reflections and musings of an average Church of England Priest
I am sure this is a very well-intentioned initiative, BUT......(and I'm sure some will regard me as highly unpatriotic) am I the only one to feel slightly disturbed by wrapping the God-inspired, universal scripture in our national flag?
Would rather have had the Coronation photo on the cover but considering what and who it is about, don't have any problems. The eight pages inside look good too! Thanks for comment though,V
There is another cover available with just a royal crest if you check out http://www.biblicaeurope.com/diamond-jubilee-new-testament
The Royal crest Bibles are produced for the Northern Irish clientele and so we've just gone with the union flag versions. Thanks for the info'V
Crest ones can be ordered by anyone direct from Biblica, regardless of whether they are in NI or not. Many GB churches are ordering the Crest ones.
