Sorting Hat: Hmm, difficult. VERY difficult. Plenty of courage, I see. Not a bad mind, either. But where to put you?
Rowan: Not the Methodists. Not the Methodists.
Sorting Hat: Not the Methodists, eh? Are you sure? You could be great, you know. It's all here in your head. And the Methodists will help you on the way to greatness, there's no doubt about that. No?
Rowan: Please, please. Anything but the Methodists, anything but the Methodists.
Sorting Hat: Well if you're sure, better be . . . .

And so spake the Sorting Hat:
"Sorry Rowan but since the CNC can't come up with a replacement you'll just have to stay on."
Sorted!
And you will sit on the naughty chair and think about what you've done.
"For what I have done and for what I have failed to do" I must wear this hat for eternity :)
Although they didn't know it, Rowan was aware that Benedict had written a 'D' on the back of the sorting hat.
And at the end of that round where you were answering questions on church unity you passed on eight questions . . . . .
